| CONDITIONS OF SALE |
|
| We supply goods
according to our Standard Conditions of sale, a copy of which is sent to all
customers on |
| the opening of an
account. This information also appears on all order acknowledgements and
invoices. We |
| particularly
draw your attention to the fact that we do not accept terms of purchase that
conflict with our |

| As distributors, we
accept orders to a minimum value of S$200.00 excluding VAT. Order should be
for at least |
| the minimum quantity per
colourway stated against each article in the catalogue, and for multiples
thereof. |

| RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS |
|
| We
will accept returns and cancellations from customers by prior agreement only
and they may be subject to |
|

|
|
| We are happy to open
credit accounts with customers on the provision of satisfactory bank and
trade references. |
|

|
| This is free in the
Singapore on orders to a value of S$200.00 excluding VAT. Small orders are
accepted, |
| however, a carriage,
packing and order processing charge will apply. |

| Order under S$200.00 will
be subject to a S$30.00 charge. |
|
| Orders specified for next
day delivery certain times will be
charge as follows : |

| This charge will be
applied to the invoice when the order is taken. |

| Payment of accounts
should be made by Cash only. |

| QUALITY VARIATION |
|
| Every
effort is made to avoid variation from batch to batch. Several of our
products are made from handmade |
| glass
beads, which may vary slightly in colors, size and finish. All the trimmings
for a project or for the |
| manufacture
of a product should be checked before use, as claims cannot be entertained
for such a variation |
| when
the trimmings have been utilized. In all instances, we recommend that colors
is matched using sample |
| cards and not catalogue
pages. |
